'The Real Housewives of Miami' Confront Cancer, Financial Troubles and a 'Pathological' Liar in Season 6 Trailer (2024)

The Real Housewives of Miami is coming back home.

Two years after Peaco*ck rebooted the previously canceled Florida-based Housewives installment, the hit series will return to its roots, with season 6 returning on Bravo this November.

The network dropped the trailer on Wednesday, teasing a bevy of drama to come.

Guerdy Abraira, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Dr. Nicole Martin, Alexia Nepola and Larsa Pippen will all be back as Housewives for their third season in a row, with Kiki Barth, Adriana de Moura and Marysol Patton return in the franchise's 'Friend of' role.

All seem to be having their fair share of fun and feuds this season, with the Housewives jumping between laugher and arguments throughout the three-minute preview.

"You're the one who tried to f--- my ex. You're a snake eating your own tail!" Marysol screams at Adriana at one one of the trailer's most heated moments, before she responds, "I'm no longer afraid of your poison."

Tough times appear to be hitting many of the Housewives' personal lives.

Alexia is undergoing some "financial issues," Adriana says, moments before Alexia is seen telling her sons Peter Rosello and Frankie Rosello that they all "have to be out of our apartment in 15 days."

And Lisa is still going through her contentious split from estranged husband Lenny Hochstein, crying, "I don't know what I did to deserve this" as the two continue to battle over the terms of their divorce out in the public eye.

Cancer turns its ugly head this season. The trailer shows Guerdy tearfully revealing her breast cancer diagnosis to her friends before taking cameras with her as she preps for surgery. Viewers will also see Julia's wife Martina Navratilova undergoing treatments for stage 1 throat and breast cancer — though the tennis legend isn't feeling as much support from Julia, it appears. "My last treatment was three days ago, and not a peep out of you," Martina tells Julia. "You forgot!"

Other relationships might be on better grounds, like Larsa and new boyfriend Marcus Jordan, who is making his first appearance on the series. But even they have some problems when Marcus reveals that his father Michael Jordan — the NBA legend and former teammate of Larsa's ex Scottie Pippen — might not approve of their relationship.

Guerdylearns that life never goes as planned after she’s diagnosed with breast cancer and has to face the possibility of chemotherapy. As she leans on Russell and her friends for their support, Guerdy realizes some friendships are not as trustworthy and strong as she thought.

Lisastruggles to be the best parent she can while dealing with a tumultuous divorce with her soon-to-be ex-husband. While Lisa works to build a fresh start, complicating her efforts are innuendos from the ladies questioning how she’s handling it all.

Julia’smain goal is to live life to the fullest as her wife, Martina Navratilova, beat the odds after battling two cancers.She has a new outlook on life as she still manages the farm, returns to the runway and challenges herself to even learn opera, but will an ongoing rift with Marysol rain on her parade?

Dr. Nicoleisstill in a whirlwind from her engagement and is looking to expand her family with Anthony. Although the group may have other ideas about her life plan, she’s in no rush to race down the aisle. Meanwhile, Nicole is still trying to nurture her bond with her dad after he shares some jaw-dropping news about his own family expansion. With the purchase of a new home and yacht to park out front, her family is growing in many ways.

Alexiabattles rumors that there’s “trouble in paradise” with her marriage to Todd whiledoing everything in her power to help Frankie grow more independent. However, when Todd springs the news that they must unexpectedly move, Alexia worries how this will change her family dynamic.

There is a new romantic team in town —Larsa Pippenand Marcus Jordan!To the dismay of some in the group, these two lovebirds spend every moment they can together, but will family approval ultimately put a strain on the two?

Adrianais in hopes of returning to her old self as she continues to make new music, date and try out therapy, but will stumbling upon some gossip surrounding Alexia and Todd’s financials hinder her pursuits?

Marysolcontinues to bring the party and with her bestie Alexia by her side, they both get caught up in accusations and drama with Julia, Adriana and more.

Kikiis still the friend that everyone finds comfort in turning to fora good laugh and an even better time.

Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Miami will premiere with a supersized episode on Nov. 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo and be available to stream the next day —along with the entirety of the series — on Peaco*ck.
