Is Rarely Pure and Simple
by AmethystUnarmed Hawks feels the air currents stiffen as Dabi forgets to breathe. It is silent for a moment, just long enough for Hawks to fear he’s messed everything up, when Dabi restarts with a low, shuddering inhale. “Well, that solves it, doesn’t it?” Hawks tilts his head in confusion and looks up at Dabi, who smirks at him. “Pack a bag birdie, we’re going home.” ~~~~~ Dabi makes Hawks an offer he can't risk believing.

by Numanum Hawks takes baby steps backwards, getting closer and closer to the door, as everyone continues to get loud and look at each other for answers. Well, almost everybody; Dabi is watching him limp away with an unimpressed expression. “Those are torture wounds,” Shigaraki points out, crossing his arms and leveling Hawks with a dead-eyed stare. “How do you even know what torture wounds look like?” Hawks throws back as he continues to plan his escape. Shigaraki looks at him with raised eyebrows until Hawks looks away again, feeling like an idiot. These people are villains, he knows that (but it's so easy to forget-). “Right, f*ck.” Hawks flicks him a two fingered salute before turning tail like the coward he feels like and making for the door. He doesn't get more than four feet before Dabi grabs him by one of his wings and yanks him back.

Earth Rumble Six
by miyaji_08 They start crawling, Todoroki first and Hawks after. As promised, he keeps his hand firmly on the kid’s ankle, tight enough to reassure but loose enough that it doesn’t constrict anything. As they go, he chatters on. About other heroes, about the time he almost burnt his wing off making yakitori, about learning how to play Wii Sports. Todoroki makes little noises every once in a while that let Hawks know he’s okay, but other than that stays silent. They’re so close - maybe a yard, two yards away max - when shouting breaks through and the door opens. “Don’t move! Hawks, Todoroki, if you’re in there stop moving!” Or: Todoroki and Hawks get trapped beneath a collapsing building. The Commission is far from satisfied with Hawks' performance, and the League just wants him to be ok.

Decision Height
by blueskiddoo “Do I have a choice?” “There’s always a choice.” Hawks snorts. There’s the wrong choice, and then there’s the right one. He can make everything he’s done so far mean something, or he can throw it all away. If it comes out he’s been a double agent all along the League will fold in on itself and regroup, even less trusting than before. They won’t get an opportunity like this again. * When pictures surface of Hawks meeting with Dabi, he has to make a decision. Sacrifice his cover, or sacrifice his career. It's not much of a choice.

So... Is This A Bad Time?
by Stormysilverfox There was a rattling noise from behind the curtain that covered Hawks’ window. Everyone looked up as it was pushed aside by a scarred hand. None other than Dabi himself froze in the motion of climbing through as he beheld the six or so Pro Heroes staring at him with alternating amounts of shock. Eraserhead didn’t look surprised. Did he ever though? Dabi sighed. “Pretty bird,” he drawled eventually, dragging a hand down his face. “I would complain about you not forewarning me that you were hosting friends, but I actually think I’m about to die so I’m supposing it doesn’t really matter that much.” And he promptly collapsed. Or: When Endeavor is hit with a confession quirk and admits to killing Touya, the Pros meet at Hawks’ apartment to discuss it, only for the supposedly dead fire-user in question to stumble through the window under the influence of a truth quirk.

Burn, Baby Burn
by miyaji_08 When Hawks turns to scope out any lingering civilians, the villain makes a cheap shop and he instinctively yanks Endeavor out of the way. Hard. They go tumbling to the ground, and the spot of pavement where Endeavor once stood is now melting into a hole of acidic goo. Eraserhead fully subdues the villain and starts making his way over to the containment police, and Endeavor huffs out in frustration and gets up. And Hawks can’t let go. OR: Hawks stress-grips Endeavor, and gets burned as a result. The League may or may not be planning murder.
